Everyday I ask God to search my heart and show me anything in me that is not pleasing to Him. This is an appropriate prayer found in Psalms 139:23-24. Anyone who claims to be a FOLLOWER of Christ will WANT to pray this daily. Not only must we be detesting all the evil that this world offers us daily but we must also be aware that there may be something in us that grieves God. We should always be willing to let God put us through any test that would reveal hidden sin so He can continue to develop His character in us. Remember unconfessed sin separates us from God!! Not if but when He reveals something offensive in us, we must admit it, give it up, turn from it and submit to Gods plans for us! SEARCH ME O GOD, AND KNOW MY HEART, TEST ME AND KNOW MY ANXIOUS THOUGHTS. SEE IF THERE BE ANY OFFENSIVE WAY IN ME AND LEAD ME IN THE WAY EVERLASTING!! (PSALMS 139:23-24)
