Guys, I took the liberty of compiling all the allegations by Gayfug Bumo Nyamchung and Yargay Tshogpa and filed an anonymous complaint to ACC. After reading all the comments, I came up with the following. Lets see how much of the allegations are true: Accused: Dasho Dungpa Gelephu Dungkhag, Sarpang Dzongkhag Allegations: Misappropriation of funds: 1. Gelephu Dungpa has misused a sum of Nu. 9000/- from Gratuity of Ex Tsachu Caretaker Gyem Tshering and Revenue Inspector Tenzin Dorji is the one to create new account for dungpa in BOBL branch, gelephu. after an unanimous complain to whereas agency, dungpa then manage to deposit 9000/- to govt. revenue. 2. Gelephu dungpa has colleceted Nu. 5,25600 from 3 people in jigmechholing Abuse of Authority 1. Dungpa has collected Nu. 5 lakhs plus from 1. Chet Bdr. Walley, 2. Rangala Rurung, 3. Taranedhi Bangdari of Jigmecholing gewog for doing Orange Business in government land Previously its was their for fathers land and they had been facing problem because of in 90s crisis, but then they are true citizenship of our own country, there was no committee to imposed fine for them la, Sarpang Dzongkhag Administration has issued earlier with letter not to imposed fine on them. Dungpa issued caracha money receipt (hand made receipt) instead of revenue receipt. story is that dungpa has deposited the whole cash after 3 man appealing Dasho Zimpon and Finding with caracha receipt and complain on the matter, Dasho Zimpon issued order through Dzongkhag Administration to instruct dungpa to deposit immediately into Government Revenue, ,,,, only after 6 months plus dungpa manage to deposit the whole amount pulling cash from Losel Cinema Hall,,,,, Larceny 1. (Gelephu Dungpa has misused his post and issued 3 numbers Bangkok Hillux Tyre to his son Tobgay Dradul from his duty hillux. 2. Gelephu Dungpa Misuse his power and has issued one number each Dewan, Bed, Mattress, Gas Cylinder, chodrum from royal guest house and dungkhag office to his girlfriend Tshering Kiba, Khorlo construction (Ex wife to RBP Captain). Official Misconduct All of the above tantamount to official misconduct. Witnesses: As Yargay Tshogpa says: people who saw the Gelephu Drungpa Take Away and Give away: 1. Zangpo guest house caretkr. 2. Tshultrim dorji. Adm, guesthous incharge 3.Sonam norbu adm ast. 4. kinzangthinley adm ast. 5 Tenzin wangdra, enginer. 6.
