Everyday I humbly ask GOD for guidance. I want to treat people right regardless of how they me. I want my children to look up and say yes I want to be just like that when I grow up. I want my direct reports to say I like your mgt style, I want to mimic your career tact, bc lord knows I have grown in my delivery. Theres so much I want, not materialistically but simple things to add to the things I already practice like sweeping around my door before I try and check someone elses, minding my business bc yours is not my concern, stating facts and not lies, knowing the difference between bragging and blessings .....
