Everyone asks me two questions, How Do I ride So Much on the Trainer & How can I Run Fast off the Bike- This isnt the entire answer but here is my one honest recommendation. Go Get an ISM SEAT! I never go number, have saddle sores & definitely find it easier to run off the bike after using that saddle.
