Everyone beware of dark covered chocolate blueberries!! Had a very rough night!! I had less than a handful of chocolate covered blueberries yesterday arvo and from that point on felt queasy and was belching lots, then decided to go to bed only to get up and started throwing up all the chocolate covered blueberries.....YUK!!! Wont be putting chocolate blueberries any where near my mouth again....feeling heaps better now that they are all out and am now starving, so what ever was wrong with them needed to come out, and come out they surely did. After the pilates class yesterday morning and throwing up my stomach feels like it has gone 10 rounds in the ring with Mike Tyson!! I can think of better ways to lose a few kilos!!
