Everyone has a maturation process. The measurement is used in corporate America perform in many institutions is: TIME x EXPERIENCE x PRODUCTION. Most professionals are measured by this method to identify the most qualified person for the job. However, the Kingdom of God works differently. God does not pick the best, the most mature, the elders or wise counselors. He simply picks the WILLING x HUMBLE x OBEDIENT. So, while we sit in the seat of judgement, hold trial and jury reviews of people anointing, calling, gifts or character, just know YOU had a developmental maturation process as well. Never allow pride to cover your own frailties. You can have all the right education, qualities, credentials, skills or power of influence but if your heart is not tender in the Kingdom of God, all your works are futile. 1 Samuel 16:7 But the Lord said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the Lord seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the Lord looketh on the heart.
