Everyone has the power to walk away. Put the gun down. Put the pills back. Untie the noose. Empty the bath. I know life may seem difficult for you right now, but everything will change. You won’t feel like this forever. One day you’ll find yourself looking at the sky when you are walking in the street. You’ll be able to eat food without difficulty, and even order desserts. You’ll leave the blades in the pencil sharpeners and knives. You will feel happy and alive. But you have to take the first step. Admit you need help. Tell someone. Talk to a friend, or a family member, or a teacher, and ask them to help you. You are worth recovery, but you need to be alive to see that. You are all beautiful to me.
