Everyone is just dying to make love but they dont understand. We are kept at a distance by a margin thinner than an atom, but oh what control and hatred is packed into that gap! How much violence we spew at each other, when we look at apparent reasons and justifications to be enemies. Why are you so angry? The racist deep down is just so pissed off at your gender because he so wants to be close to you, but his judgements prevent him. People dont get it, the fundamental experience of love. Its obscure. Yet, even when we speak of those we hate, our eyes become alit with passion. Why? We cannot wait to point out their faults... Because we are fixated on our reasons for not being in love with them. Isnt it obvious? Hatred, that fundamental gap, that pushing away of experience. That projection of love. To be in love with a person or thing is to impy that it is distant, hence, it is forged of hate. You see how deeply you are in love, yet, when you feel cut off from it, when your parameters of control are violated, you shut down? You had created rules and justifications that would allow you to be vulnerable and to be touched, yet a violation of that egocentric control triggers such a vicious disappointment that you cannot help but to hate your experience. People will quote their rules, and justifications for why we cannot be together, why we cannot love one another, why we cannot all just be as one. You see how quick they are to establish their sense of control. But hatred is just the frustration of not being able to control love. Hatred is that control, that we can open up only with center systems in place. Without the illusory sense of security that hate provides in our separation, love would be obvious. Yet nothing could be more obscure. Hidden in plain sight. Unity is nearer than near, but we are fixated on the importance of our precious separation. We value nothing more than the security of our identity, which dies in the pure experience of love.
