Everyone makes excuses why they CANT workout, but these people dont. What is your excuse? Taking care of your body regardless of your current physical state is essential. If these wonderful, yet very physically challenged people can figure out how to train (and they train harder and BETTER than a majority of completely abled bodies), then there is NO EXCUSE for ANYONE ELSE TO NOT TRAIN. Excuses are for the weak. Not real warriors. Make time for yourself, and get your move on! Hire a trainer if you have to. Sometimes all it takes is a bit of motivation.
