Everyone should see this. I lost my Uncle to ALS. There are different kinds. It can take decades to kill a person like Stephen Hawkings or it can take under a year like my Uncle Mike. It started w him noticing that his speech was slurred. Then one day he noticed his thumb couldnt push a thumb tack in. His legs stopped working and before long he couldnt move at all. Eventually he succumbed to the disease in the way this man describes. Please take a few minutes to realize what the ALS ice bucket challenge is all about.
