Everyones a fan of Johnny Depp, but not everyones as hardcore as us Deppendents. How to identify a Deppendent from just a fan of Johnny Depp: 1) You (Hardcore Deppendents) know him as Johnny while they say Depp 2) When you talk of Captain Jack Sparrow, they say Jack Sparrow while you say Capt. Jack and the others might find it a little weird. 3) Youve watched nearly all of Johnnys films- even the 80s and 90s ones (even if you were born in the late 90s). You know him as Sam, Ed Wood, Ichabod, etc while the others just know him as Jack Sparrow, the Hatter, Willy Wonka or Sweeney Todd. 4) Youre usually amazed at how the others dont know of Johnny Depps Latino and American accent. 5) You obviously know and follow Hunter S Thompson. (And/or Keith Richards) 6) You hate and/or are jealous of Amber Heard, while the others dont really have a problem with her. It wasnt the same in case of Vanessa or Kate or Winona (the others dont even know who the aforementioned women are, do they?) 7) You love and follow the works of Helena Bonham Carter and Tim Burton, with equal enthusiasm. 8) Youre fascinated by tattoos, skulls, junk jewellery, guitars, rock music, nail paints (at least one of them). 9) In case you havent listened to Paul McCartney before, you only did so this time to look at Johnny on Queenie eye and My Valentine. 10) Johnnys on your Youtube video lists, phone (you have loads of his pictures), Facebook and Tumblr newsfeed, maybe even on your rooms walls and certainly on your mind :) ~Jackie Todd~
