The physical nature of universe(matter,time gravity etc) is such it should abide to certain laws,However physicality is just one dimension of existence.If you train your mind and life energies to certain level in a certain way(through some kriyas and mediation) the very fundamental laws can be broken,that you appear to be super human.Believe me, its not super human,Its just super to be human-Sadguru Jaggi Vasudev.
