Ex-husband blamed A Kuwaiti woman has filed a complaint with the Salmiya Police Station accusing her bedoun ex-husband of forging her signature and registering cell phones in her name, reports Al-Rai daily. In her complaint, the woman said she had given the man power of attorney when she was married to him to carry out official work in her name. However, she added, when a dispute occurred between them which ended in divorce, she canceled the power of attorney but he continued to use it illegally. The source added, the transactions which have been carried out on the strength of the cancelled power of attorney have reached 37 - all concerning vehicles and cell phones. Police have summoned the man for investigation.
