Exactly how long will it take for Cebu Pacific Air to complete its supposed investigation on my complaint about the cancellation of the March 28 flight to Taipei and the ensuing incompetence of the ground crew in terms of managing the situation, as well the wrong information on the April 1 return flight to Manila which resulted to us spending P28.5K on new plane tickets? Who is handling the complaint? Is there even a protocol that your organization follows relative to such complaints, or are you just expecting us to get tired of following up and eventually just give up? Is this how the Gokongweis do business?
