Examination Forms for 3rd year Annual Examinations, 2013 It is notified for information of all the eligible candidates of Kashmir Province who intend to appear in B.A/B.Sc/ B.Com/BBA/BCA/MCMP/ Fazila III Year Annual Examination 2013 (for Regular/Fresh Private/ Failure/Backlog/Additional/English only candidates) that the procedure/ schedule for submission of Examination Forms shall be as under: Via - Kashmir Student 1. The last date for submission of Examination Forms is Thursday 10-10-2013. Via - Kashmir Student 2. The Examination Forms can be downloaded by the candidates from the University Website or from Official blog of Kashmir Student examinfocentre.wapka.mobi by feeding their Registration Number from 28-09-2013 after 2 p.m. In case of any difficulty, candidates can seek assistance/download forms from the Information Centres established in various Degree Colleges. Via - Kashmir Student 3. Candidates are advised to check their particulars reflected on their Examination Forms carefully and clear the deficiency, if any, before submission of the said Forms. Via - Kashmir Student 4. Regular Candidates shall submit the downloaded Examination Forms in their respective Colleges. Via - Kashmir Student 5. Colleges shall prepare enrolment for Regular candidates and shall deposit the enrolment (hard copy and soft copy) along with the forms/fee in the Examination Wing of the University by or before 14-10-2013. Demand draft is to be prepared by the colleges on the next working day after the last date of submission of forms. Via - Kashmir Student 6. Fresh Private/Failure/Backlog/ Additional/English Only candidates shall submit their Examination Forms directly at the receipt counters of the III Year Section, Examination Block, University of Kashmir. Candidates whose Forms are marked as Not Verified shall bring along with them previous marks cards for verification. Via - Kashmir Student 7. Regular candidates shall deposit the prescribed fee in their respective colleges and all the other candidates in any FINACLE Branch of the J&K Bank Ltd. (Fee receipt to be downloaded with the Examination Form). The fee details are as under: • For one subject only Rs. 300 + Rs. 100 (EMF) + Rs. 50 (Heating & Lighting/Service charges) Total Rs. 450 • For more than one subject (other than Regular/Fresh Private candidates) Rs. 1000 + Rs. 100 (EMF) + Rs. 50 (Heating & Lighting/Service charges) Total Rs. 1150 • For Regular/Fresh Private Candidates Rs. 1000 + Rs. 100 (EMF) + Rs. 50 (Heating & Lighting/Service charges) + Rs. 150 (Degree Certificate fee) Total Rs. 1300 University of Kashmir
