Excellent read. I think #1 and #5 are the most important points. Less kids playing football means less interest, I don’t want a kid of mine playing (nothing against anyone else on this, I played). In terms of Cable, I actually think the NFL is the main core of what’s holding cable together. If the NFL woke up tomorrow and allowed a pay per game platform, cable would be dead. Its like the number one reason people are scared to give it up and go with Apple TV or Google Chromecast. And of course, I like his remarks over Fantasy Football being a game and people change games they want to play all the time; if that’s the base for some of its inflation, that could be an issue.
