Excelsior has been ripped off by the bank. A customer charged almost $700 on summer daze in August. Although the bank admits it was fraud they will not help us. this could be the beginning of the end. We will not have the money to pay the bill on Tuesday and no new merchandise and therefore the hole increases. We cant even take credit cards because we will just loose that $ also. We don;t know what to do.
