Except I believe theres a reason for everything and if we werent supposed to eat any meat at all then y do we have sharp carnivorous teeth in the front of our mouths? If we were supposed to be herbivores we would have all flat teeth like herbivores do but our molars are not completely flat either. They are shaped to be wide like a herbivores but yet curved in on top and pointed on both sides to also be sharp like a carnivores. We are Omnivores we were meant to eat both plants and animals. In my opinion the logical thing to do would be to slow down on animal farming and production, speed up plant farming and production, and make it a law that we should only be allowed to eat any kind of meat only once a day. This will restore some natural order to the animal kingdom and prevent new diseases from forming and spreading to people like scrapie, and mad cow disease etc. Which will also be beneficial to the safety of humanity and prevent accidental disease outbreaks as the system of farming animals will be easier to monitor and control.
