Excerpt of a letter to a photography client: I want to let you know right off that I am absolutely not the cheapest photographer you will find in Athens, Georgia, but I guarantee both the quality of the experience and the quality of the results will exceed the difference in price. In other words, if someone offers you the same service for $xxx.xx, I guarantee you will wish you paid $xxx.xx more for the results you will be getting and the relationship you will establish with myself and my business. Your shots will not look generic. The photo shoot will be a smoothly run operation. (I have been running photography sets for 15 years exclusively in major markets, with the exception of Athens.) Post-production logistics, communication, and room for error I believe you will find refreshing. Deadlines will be met. Retouching and final files output will be correctly sized and formatted for your intended use.
