Excessive love with this momentary world is the cause of the hardness of our heart....Heart doesnt melt easily when it gets strongly attached to the world....Do bear in mind, this world is a prison for momins...So, dont go nuts on seeking luxurious comfort in this short-lived deceptive world..Rather strive for the hereafter, using the world and all its circumstances just as a means to gain access to jannah..Never get overwhelmed by the troubles and pains you happen to face in life...Be patient and utilize the negative circumstances to better have a deep emotional connect with ALLAH so as to be out of your calamity regretlessly and peacefully....No pains we bear do ever ever ever go unnoticed and unrewarded, if we remain patient and repose our sheer faith in the mercy of ALLAH...In fact, even the extreme pains will prove to be a sort of blessing by virtue of patience and sheer hope in the mercy of ALLAH, in sha ALLAH. :)
