Excitement in the Cook Along facebook group is really brewing now as we start the second ThermoFun Cook Along. :) The TM techniques I showcased last month within various recipes were: Grating cheese, Milling sugar Making Mayo Cooking chicken and shredding for sandwiches Whipping egg whites for meringue Kneading dough Using the varoma Cooking a whole chook in the varoma! Cooking pasta in the thermoserver And of course it wouldnt be a ThermoFun initiative if I didnt have a recipe that included melting chocolate :) This month I have 17 recipes which will showcase a few more techniques! :) If you are not yet signed up it is not too late.
