Exciting news for all qualified nail techs!! You now have an amazing tool available for you, no matter what brand you use, or where you are located in Australia. For the past few months I have been working on a website that I hope to use to unite all of us in the fight against the nail bars and unqualified ebay techs. Its main function is a directory of qualified nail techs that clients can use to find you. I am personally going to sight the qualifications before allowing a listing to be added so ONLY qualified techs can advertise. It is a place where you can advertise your business to potential clients in your area, with a full page advertisement which you can add photos, opening hours, specials, and even a video if you wish! It can also help you find a fellow qualified tech in another area, and has tags available so you can tag which brand you use, so you can find other techs that use the same products while they are on holidays or relocating. But thats not all! I have also included a members only page for all the qualified techs listed which includes step by steps, education articles, and videos. I did this to avoid untrained people having access to advanced training, and keeping it exclusive to you. By being a member you will also be put on an email list to receive articles on updates in the industry, as well as new techniques. There is absolutely no advertising, and all information and training will be non brand specific. Step one will be filling it up with listings. Once there is a good representation from each state step two will be advertising to the public to get the site out there so clients no longer have to settle for nail bars with the excuse of I dont know where else to find a tech. They can go to the site, type in their location, and the nearest qualified techs will come up. It also has a page containing trusted training academies for those looking to start a career in the nail industry. So how much does it cost to be part of? To cover website costs and advertising I am only charging the small amount of $6 per month! This is paid via PayPal, and there is no contracts, so you can cancel at any time. This includes a full listing on the site for advertisement, member only training, and industry updates! The sooner we fill the site up, the sooner we can start hitting radio advertising, promo materials, and much more!
