Exercise = Pilates followed by 2 hours karate.....food= muesli brekky! cold meat and salad for lunch with hummus on top! protein ball! some grapes and then for tea I couldnt be bothered and just had some yoghurt and muesli again! I do love that stuff... :) good day today, although I did get a bit of the 3pm sugar craving but managed to avoid all the lollies hanging around work. Oh yeah I also had a matcha green coffee thing, love those drinks! I still have to sit down and plan out my weekend food as I do not want another blow out, does not go towards me achieving my goals!
