They advised in their article that if you needed a snake relocated to contact Wildlife rescue to have it removed for free.This is misleading information. FNQ Wildlife Rescue are only permitted to deal with sick injured or orphaned wildlife. They are not permitted to relocate any species, let alone Snakes. If you have a problem with any Native wildlife I suggest you contact the Department of Environment and Heritage Protection or contact a licenced handler in your area.
