Exercise is nothing more than a stress imposed upon the body in order to produce a desired response and results. We find the minimum stimulus needed to produce the desired result. Each client requires a specific “dose” of exercise to initiate a growth stimulus, depending on the clients genetic potential, goals, age, diet, stress level, exercise history, current activity level, and fitness status.
