Exodus 20:12 Honour thy father and thy mother:that thy days may be long upon the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee. (KJV) If life is not well with you, most likely it can be traced back to dishonor of your parents. Anger breeds sickness and kills the brain cells. Whats even worse is that it sows seeds into our children and they in turn sow seeds in their children. Its a cycle of defeat. Being angry at our parents for any reason is breaking a commandment and it sets in motion a law that life WILL NOT GO WELL FOR YOU!!! JUST LIKE GRAVITY IS A LAW, SO IS DISHONOUR!!! REPENT IS THE ONLY WAY TO BE HEALED! If your parents are still alive you can go back to them and ask for forgiveness, this is humbling but so rewarding. If they arent you can still ask the Lord for forgiveness after repentance.
