Explosive bench press with a 4-5 second negative for 10 sets of 10 reps which I also superset-ed with 10 sets of 15 reps of barbell bent-over row. Completed in about 25 minutes; each rep of each set was proficient. I am sure to do more pulling and posterior-chain relates exercises in the weight room because it helps to balance out all the punching and forward-related patterns of movement that I do in my sport, or in the case of explosive bench presses to prepare for my sport (punch people hard). That is my first workout of the day; have a 75 minute boxing and conditioning workout at 5pm. When I am not personally training my clients, working out myself or playing with my dog I professionally design training regimens for motivated individuals looking to take their health and fitness to the next level.
