Export Sales Manager Jeddah, Saudi Arabia Salary/Pay Rate: Approx 30,000 SR per month total package plus annual bonus and family benefits This is a great regional role covering all export business outside of the Kingdom into the wider Middle East markets. This is a distributor management role where you will be expected to travel to each of your markets on a regular basis to monitor and manage your distributor. You will need to equip them with the right tools and ensure they have the right capability and resources to drive all sales fundamental for your brands in each market. This role is a great opportunity for a young, hungry, driven FMCG sales manager to come in and develop this business which has huge upside potential. The company is investing and willing to invest behind all ideas to drive its business internationally and together with the sales director and top management team you could play a huge role in this expansion. This person would be based in Jeddah, in an exceptional circumstance the person could be based in Dubai, but this is a second preference, and would report to the sales director This is a mid manager role where we are looking for someone with exceptional FMCG MNC experience managing and working with distributors. You will have at least 5 years FMCG sales experience and be someone who has a track record of building strong relationships, getting results through others and inspiring teams to deliver behind your ideas. You will be degree educated from a top university, and have most of your career in a FMCG multinational environment where you will have most likely worked in key accounts, sales development, distributor management or channel management. You must be a fully fluent Arabic speaker. You must have work experience in the Middle East ideally in the GCC, and those with KSA experience will have an advantage.
