General Description: CSRs will handle inbound calls or direct communication with clients of the organization to provide information regarding their product or for services. Handling complaints, documenting and prepartin orders for shipping or receivin. Handling administrative tasks like form processing, company transactions, data processing and accuracy. Responsibilities Include: -Communicating with customers either by phone or in person to gather information for service needed. - Preparing reports providig details of customer instructions, maintaining records of transactions and interacts made with customers, comprehensice data entry and advising organizaion of any discrepancies in inventory. - Work closely with warehouse operations to ensure product is loaded correctly. - Must be able to operate peripheral office equipment. - Consolidate shiping roders, reconcile waybill, bill of lading, schedule appointments.
