I ask members of Transform Relief and volunteers on this group to scout for potential, interested and deserving Catholic graduates (boys) of High School for this year for potential scholarship to our TVET program (15 months including apprenticeship) at Don Bosco Technical College, Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. Tuition will be free. Lodging will also be free, but board is not free. Basic conditions: 1) should not be related to anyone of the officers and members of TR; 2) must be Catholic; 3) must have aptitude for any of the following Tech-Voc programs: Fitter Machinist, Refrigeration and Airconditioning, Industrial Electricity,& Industrial Electronics; 4) must be willing to relocate at least for 15 months here in Mandaluyong City. I only pledge 3 slots for now, hoping that I can get more willing donors to give them more individual scholarships that cost PhP 45,000 for the whole course, not including board and lodging. The lodging is provided for a nominal fee of PhP 250 pesos per month in the campus of DBTC Mandaluyong. I also call on good-hearted individuals and families who have a little to spare to help us train more deserving young men via our TVET programs at DBTC.
