Expressing how disappointed I am with Ang Mo Kio Town Council. We shifted into Ang Mo Kio ave 1 for about 5 months now. Every Sunday this would happen at 7plus 8am, our neighbor would sing on top of his lungs for almost an hour without fail. It would wake all of us up including my 1 year old baby. Thinking that our town council would help us solve this every week routine of our neighbor, my dad went to seek their help, instead they told us they dont have th right to stop him because he is doing it in his own home even if its singing on his 3 steps stairs outside th door. Now I was thinking that most people complaint when dogs are barking too loudly in their neighbors flat, and town council would handle it when th only thing dogs can do is bark, but humans got a choice to sing in church and not disturb neighbors at 8 on a Sunday! I heard him sing many times at th corridor to his son in th flat, if I caught him doing it and go to town council Im gonna see what will they do.
