Extending a warm thank you to Kahootz Salon and Spa who plan to celebrate the people who do right by their animals! Inspired by her April 2011 adoption of Papas (Chihuahua mix), salon owner, Tiffany Gibson, has it in her heart to give back to the shelter who gave her so much.
