Extending the Curriculum to Grade 13 will nt Stop the street to be full of NAMCOL AND TACSIN Pupils, should the Human Power to drive the Education system is nt Address. EXTEND THE Educational SERVICE by Having the Inspectors of Education Deputised..plus the School Principals. HAVE HOD to every Department not only science and Languages? THE WORD IS NOW HEADING TO INDUSTRIES WHERE A SCIENTIST NEED A ENTREPRENUER to sell and Market what a scientist has made. Its bullshit To Disadvantage Social science Field when it comes to Promotional posts while the National Leadership is under the microscope of the Socialists. Do u knw the reason y We the social science teachers are disavantaged is cz of the FEAR THAT OUR LEADER HAS AGAINST US. They knw intoto well that the Power of a Socialist is Damn strong, influencial than The silence and dormant Scientist. So they Opt to Promote Scientist who are Submissive and believe in Yess BOSS, lol! LANGUAGE IS PROMOTED CZ ITS THE DRIVE TO skill transfer bt Nt English proficiency Test please. 2. The Curriculum is too shallow it doesnt equip a learner to be iniciative and innovative other then being a Copycat..of their Educators. So the overcrawd of 9 promotional Subjects 4rm grade 8 to 10 is a symbol of bobartment..what are u trying to teach learners? 40 mins Physcic, the another 40 mins Hst, then Agriculture there cums Geography, now u are teachng a learner to become what? u are training them in whch field? Y cant u allow the true sense of Democracy to Education by allowing learners to Choose their Field of studies starting 4rm grade 8 studying six Subjects..so that we can address shortage of Expertise in the Country. Its very Ironic to find a UNAM, POLY AND IUM GRADUATE WHO cant represent hs Degree obtained..as a result she wl be Unemployed cz she cnt compete in Job Market..mmnh! Namibia, Namibia, Namibia..
