Extremely interesting concept. The ways of looking at child rearing are endless. So interesting. In fact I would not consider myself officially called an attachment parent so I can relate to the author of the article. I have a parenting philosophy based on bond no matter how its formed. Being very in tune with my children and being extremely aware of my parenting and communication methods throughout the day. The professional side of me says its dangerous to have an exhausted mother who is running on empty. Mother suffers child suffers. And to a degree it very true thats why child abuse MAY be more prevalent in poverty stricken or single parent homes. Stress. Please do not mistake me. Child abuse happens in all walks of life. Support in our parenting communities can and will make a difference. Spread the word. My stance. What is yours?
