Eye doctor and I were discussing eye strain and what I feel like the hurdles are with working long stretches at the easel. Last year he set me up with some "intermediates" which helped some but still have not been ideal. Now we are trying a single strength lens, no bifocal, dialed in for my usual working distance from the easel. I am very excited to try these out and see if we are onto something here that will make the work easier on the eyes... will update when I have been using them for a while... hoping it helps!!!
