Eye witness!!!! Sometimes if praise the efforts of Kashim Shettima some people thought am beign sentimental, but the reality is the guy is an optimist and he wishes good for the people of borno in general. Am not saying he is a perfect individual cos everybody has his own weaknesses and his is minimal. My reasons for all this assertion is the fact that I happen to be one of the beneficiaries of his 1000 housing scheme and I have since occupied my two bedroom apartment even though am one of the few occupants in the estate. My major problem for now is water which was why am writing down dis piece. Fortunately for me I happen to know the chairman incharge of distributing the houses in person of the attorney general of the state Hon commissioner of justice alhaji kaka shehu whom I have laid my complains to and the level at which he has taken up the issue was the bond of contention in this article. The guy is young and intelligent, and upon all a vibrant leader. If generally H E will work with intelligent and hardworking commissioners as the attorney am sure so many people will reap the dividend of democracy. As am talking my house will enjoy portable water by the end of the day. At least am relieved that I have personally seen guys who are civil servants willing to work for the sake of the masses. Another commendation also goes to General manager RUWASA due to his tireless efforts in making this posssible.the guy works even on Saturdays. I dey hail all hardworking individuals in general and I will want them to stand on their principles when it comes to their responsibilities.
