I am blessed to have so many friends on FB, exchanging ideas, joy, sorrow, hope, fear, naughtiness, sharing memories and offering mutual support. As much as we want to, we have to be realistic, in a world where there is little precious time to spare, to form real physical friendships with so many people is impossible. Technology has enabled us to form these friendships, enriching our lives. Truthfully, I accept anyone who sends in an Add Friend request. I do not have pre-conceived ideas of who they are. And thus far, I have blocked, maybe, three people? And I think there is one thing that many people overlooked in cyberspace - because we do not have the person physically in front of us, we do not shape our responses to their appearances - cantik, lawa, not so cantik, not so lawa, high class, low class, sideways class. Who cares? Its like everyone is naked and all that matters are the thoughts that they type. Brain-to-Brain friendship. This FB friend also said that on FB people always portray a false image of how wonderful and good they are. Who goes around in public with a t-shirt that says Saya penghasad dengki anyway? But if the person is insincere and is actually a penghasad dengki, busuk hatinya, believe me, sooner or later, his comments will come out to reflect the real him. God has made this technology possible. Use it with good intentions - semuanya bermula dengan nawaitu. Technology is as much good or bad as we use it. Berniat baik, baiklah dia.
