FACT: You should drink half your body weight in oz. of water per day. How do you that? Well you see it is very simple... Take your body weight. Divide it in half. Drink that many oz. of water per day. If you find it hard to drink that much, add frozen berries to add a little punch of flavor. Also, you can buy a big water bottle and use a sharpie to draw goal lines... For example, by 12pm set a goal to have consumed half of the bottle, or all the way to the middle marker. 👍👍👍
