FACTORY DIRECTORS ELECTIONS Tea factories are independent entities/companies ran by boards of Directors. Directors are elected by the shareholders/farmers thro the shares that one owns in the respective factory. Today, the three factories in my constituency will hold their elections to elect some of the Directors in various electoral areas. Mine is to request farmers to elect the leaders that would be able to represent them without fear or favour as we embark on the journey to tackle the challenges of poor prices among others.
