The pic on the left is post-op and believe it or not looks WAY BETTER (at least to my doctor) than the photo on the right which shows the jagged edges and the beginning of an infection. It seems I caught it very early. So glad I saw Dr Mechele when I did! Hes been great. I decided to finally post these so my sweet friends who have been concerned could understand what Ive been dealing with for the past 16 days. This is a very severe injury and I anticipate being out of commission for a while longer.
