FALL CARNIVAL ON BANGOR TOMORROW, OCTOBER 26 Naval Base Kitsaps First Class Petty Officer Association and Junior Enlisted Association are hosting a childrens carnival for all active duty personnel and their dependents. Admission is free, but donations will be accepted. All proceeds will be going towards a Childrens Holiday Party. Activities will include: Face painting, a costume contest, bean bag toss, pumpkin decorating, egg toss, apple bobbing, cake walk, and much more! Please come out and show your support it will be a fantastic time, dont forget your costumes! Date: October 26, 2013 Time: 1300-1700
