FALLING PREMIUMS Here is a falling premium article to help you make some choices for your side and maybe plan on getting one of these cheap players in next week. DION PRESTIA (GC) Price: $563,000 Average: 108.20 Projected Price Drop: -$28,400 Prestia is very much a POD midfielder with just 2.79% ownership which is ridiculously low for someone ranked 13th for points for the whole season. Prestia is a midfield contested ball king who racks up the ball constantly. When Prestia gets on a roll there is very few that can stop him. Before the last two weeks when Prestia has had just scores of 74 and 76 he was averaging over 113 which is up there with the likes of Sloane and Josh Kennedy. The only downlight is that Prestia may now attract a tag with Gaz out for the year and thisll be interesting to see how he plays with a tag. Watch this week and see how he plays, if he copes well maybe slot him in as your final midfield premium next week. SAM MITCHELL(HAW) Price: $448,700 Average: 87.71 Projected Price Drop: -$45,200 Mitchell was a dominant supercoach defender in most sides up till his injury in round 7. With scores of 114 and 149 in his 2nd and 3rd games for the year shows he was hitting form pre injury. Mitchell has the ability to drop back into defence and rack up cheap ball and as he continues to gather form, he may be a great risk for your side with him expected to hit around 400k next week and that would be the time to jump on. BRENT HARVEY (NM) Price: $575,400 Average: 109.73 Projected Price Drop: -$29,500 Boomer is a high scoring machine when left off the chain and we expect this to occur with his coming fixture. With games against the likes of St Kilda, Western Bulldogs, GWS and Melbourne in his run home expect some big scores. Next week with Boomer set to dip under 550k for the first time since Round 11 take the opportunity to jump on if you dont have him. If you are battling it out to try and finish top 500 Boomer is a must have in your side. SHANE MUMFORD (GWS) Price: $575,400 Average: 118 Projected Price Drop: -$19,800 Mummy is statistically the best ruckman in Supercoach this year but realistically I would put him 2nd behind Sam Jacobs. He has been slowly building some form over the last few weeks after his almost 2 month injury lay off. 8 scores over 108 and just two below all season is remarkable for someone who was averaging under standards last year. The big appealing part towards Mumford is the ability to lay tackles whilst getting the ball and dominating most ruckman. With games up against the likes of Sandilands, Goldstein and Minson in his run home expect him to be challenged yet this usually brings out the best in Mummy. BRYCE GIBBS (CARL) Price: $534,000 Average: 103.47 Projected Price Drop: -$32,400 I know what youre thinking, Bryce Gibbs what is he doing in a falling premium article averaging only 103. I personally rate Gibbs extremely highly in Supercoach. Very often goes untagged and usually goes head to head with the 2nd best midfielder of the opposition. With scores of 131 and two scores of 153 Gibbs has a very high ceiling he can reach by racking up disposals and also getting forward and kicking goals. Here is another astonishing thing about Gibbs. He is owned by only 1.36% of sides!! If you need a cheap premium next week, Gibbs is one person I would highly recommend.
