You will be managing your own caseload of files. You will be expected to get involved in proactive business development and marketing initiatives and build your own client base. THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor and have at least 3 years PQE in Family law, experienced in handling primarily privately funded work. It is vital that you have gained supervisor status, and ideally be on the Children Panel. Experience heading a department essential.
