FAN QUESTION Need advice! Please keep anon. I have an 8 year old girl who I share custody with my ex husband. In our divorce degree I have full and sole custody of her. He has visitation righs every other weekend. He took advantage of his right for a while then disappeared quite a few times. He has came back into her life in the last 4 months after demanding the courts for his rights back. When she was 3( one of the few times in her life he stayed around for more than a month.) She came home fromhis weekend and ssaid her uncle (his brother) touched her. I regret to this very second that I didnt report it. Here lately hemet a girl and they will be marrmarried in 2015. I just found out that they have been staying w his brother and his girlfriend. In our divorce papers he is to have her or his mom which was where he is supposed to be staying. He dropped her off at his brothers and went to work all day and then Came home and stayed the night. She sleeps on a mattress on the floor w other kids. I dont know what to do or what is within my right. Advice please? And please dont judge. :)
