FAQ Do I have to pay for the exam on top of the course? No, unlike some other training providers all of our courses are fully inclusive, the price you see is the only price you will pay for our courses. Do I have to come to The British Training Federation or can you deliver training at our work place? We are very flexible in our approach to training. We find that our learners seem to perform better in examinations and assessments when then feel comfortable in their surroundings. Our training facilities are well equipped to adapt to our learners individual needs, but we are more than happy to deliver training at your workplace. We would provide all the training equipment necessary to undertake training at your workplace for no extra charge. We offer discounted prices for our courses if they are delivered at your workplace for a minimum of seven people. How comes your prices are so much cheaper than other training providers? We at The British Training Federation believe that we do not have to charge extortionate fees to deliver excellent training, we believe in great value for money. We are that confident in the training services that we provide that we offer free resits on any examination or assessment. Who is the awarding body for your courses? We are approved by both Highfield (HABC) and NFPS (National Federation for Personal Safety) to certificate our courses. Why would I choose you as a training provider?
