NSCC Akerley culinary program focuses on fresh and local ingredients, supporting local producers and using free-range, grass-fed and antibiotic free meat and sustainable seafood. NSCC offers seminars and events to raise awareness and to educate students, industry partners and interested members of the community on how to promote sustainable food practices.
