FASTING!,and why it is soooo, good!.. I am 50 years old, I constantly get told I look alot younger, the reason I have had this slow aging is something that I clicked onto years ago.. Fasting.. Now immediately, people think of EXtreme fasting, and go straight into a fear spin.. This where, its all wrong.. I stopped having breakfast decades ago, it never felt right once I got into my 30s, I just wasnt hungry, so I didnt eat.. I just drank some mineralled water or some water with a bit of good salt in it..or lemon juice..etc.. I mention this in my book, Simple Health..out very soon.. When I see parents force feeding kids, foods when they say I am not hungry, it really amazes me, as I always put myself in the kids shoes, they arent hungry, dont feed them, simple.. So, as Joe Mercola describes below, Intermittent Fasting, is now becoming popular.. Why, because my own research decades ago, on myself, proved this basic, reality.. Your digestion needs to rest, it cannot continuously be filled with food, this is what the break-fast, actually, meant.. A mid morning meal, or afternoon meal, after you had hydrated, got your body moving, and the digestion, with fluid, to activate, lubricate the digestion.. Because you had to find food, through searching walking etc, no fridges 150 years ago..in fact alot of the food was fermented.. I do quite vigorous exercise in the morning, on a hydrated stomach, and oxygenated, deep breathing exercises..super important.. [remember, your body has been dormant overnight, it has basically shut down digestion to repair from available nutrients] Thats why if you overeat, at night, you still feel full, the next day, as your body has to repair, disconnectives, during sleep, and if you overeat, you become bloated the next day, and through the night.. I also take probiotics in the morning, look at people who have a big breakfast, early, they are uncomfortable, and bloated, and sleepy... A simple tip more in the book, try lying in a fetal position, you should be able to breathe, quite easily, or bend forward, and your stomach should go in, if this doesnt happen, you might want to try, Intermittent Fasting, and rest your digestion, and save money, and create a healthier you.. And of course get off all Wheat and Sugar products to start..and work your way, up.. Food can be your friend, but too much, can really cause you, alot of trouble.. Just try it, Intermittent Fasting, I have done it for over 20 years, and I attribute this to one of the main reasons I look so much younger than my age..more in the book..Simple Health..pete m youtube/watch?v=xyNTTY2zyrw#t=340
