FAU FIRST MONTH OF CIVIC DEVELOPMENT – DAY ONE FRAMEWORK FOR 30 DAYS WORK The Public Private Partnership [P3] Quantitative Easing 5.0 FRAMEWORK based on Capital Plan using Cincinnati as a template and bringing about 20,000 local city partners and 1,000 SBE Partner Development Plan with discussion of the particulars of the first parent driven P3 plan. This P4 is a parent driven public private partnership that will be developed in Nov. 2013 in compliance with US federal, state and local laws. The P4 Plan is tied into making Ohio a capital of Friends of the African Unions plans for500 states united for green solutions for Sewers, Water, Power and Sustainable Solutions. We will demonstrate this in Cincinnati through a domestic project labor agreement and export to the Americas with Bermuda, Asia that is focused on Africa starting with Ghana, Kenya and other clients based on our $270M development in Cincinnati. We are setting up the HQ fo Friends of the African Union as part of the above $270M development that will create the nations first African American Science Museum and support Erasing the Digital Divide for Children in Cincinnati Public Schools Science Technology Engineering and Math Magnetic Schools.
