FHY Nation, you showed up in a big way today at the Lululemon Alderwood 1 year anniversary class. You always do! Carrie Hopperstad and I had the honor of teaching yoga to approximately 160 people this morning at the outdoor class at Redhook Brewery! 160! And about 40 kids came as well! Between, teachers, yogis, assistants, kids, and Lulu employees over 200 were all about yoga this morning! It was truly an amazing experience. 200 people all about the yoga... Think of it! Gratitude to Ash, Kara, Sandra and the entire Lulu crew... Thereza Howling for teaching our kids in your wonderful way, our fantastic assistants Suzanne, Kara and Allison! Thank you to the Alderwood and Bellevue Lulu crew for putting on such a fantastic event that was fun for all ages, your work was noticed! To the killer DJ Riki Leigh, your flow was spot on! To the bartenders, face painters and photographers, much gratitude... And most important, thank you to all of the students that showed up today and spent the morning with us. Many FHY and many not.
