FIFTY YEARS AGO: Glenn Yarbrough recorded Baby The Rain Must Fall in the RCA Victor studios on December 15, 1964. The title song from the Lee Remick/Steve McQueen motion picture of the same name would reach #12 on the Billboard Hot 100 in the spring of 65. Maybe some rain, but certainly no snow on the radar here in Michigan; it looks like were gonna have a green Christmas. A White Christmas would be nice, but as Glenn sang in his follow-up song, Its Gonna Be Fine!:
